MJ Wilson, has been -
and always will be - immersed in nature. She grew up on a small farm
with a friendly and tight-knit neighborhood. Being the only child, she
roamed the countryside while everyone around her home kept a careful
and protective eye out for her. This "looking out for everyone's kids"
allowed MJ the freedom to roam and explore the countryside at her
whim. Her love of nature has followed and inspired her throughout her
life, and she currently resides in a eco-friendly cabin in the woods
of southern Missouri with her husband, two sons, three cats, one dog
and the occasional rescue animal.
Her artwork reflects
this love of nature. It could be said that she is keeping the
feminine energies of creation alive and strong with this love. Her art
is just like her - a combination of gentleness and strength. Her
favorite being of three dimensional workings.
Vagabond Trove is an
eclectic collection of treasures found and treasures made. You can
find items such as jewelry, ritual accessories, altered clothing and
accessories and fairy-inspired creations. The recurring theme is
Goddess inspired although you might occasionally find the male aspect
represented in some items from time to time.
All necklaces are made from hemp cord. The length of each necklace varies, just as no two necklaces are alike! Each one is individually handmade. The length can be adjusted to shorter or longer if needed.
These necklaces make a
great addition to your ritual wear and can even be worn as headpieces!
They can be used as a pagan rosary, such as a focal point during
meditation and spiritual workings. The possibilities for these lovely
Goddesses is only limited by your imagination. The backs of each
necklace (unless specified otherwise) is left blank and perfect for your
inscriptions. Each necklace comes with a signed and numbered certificate
of authenticity.
